About the Think Tank

Founded in 2018, Zhenxing International Think Tank (VIICN) operates under a board-led governance system. In alignment with the strategic objectives set by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council for building an innovation-driven nation and promoting the revitalization and transformation of the real economy, the think tank conducts in-depth research on major strategic issues such as “deepening reform and opening-up, and advancing strategic economic restructuring,” providing high-quality research outcomes to support China’s transition into a new development stage, the implementation of new development concepts, and the formation of a new development paradigm.

Under the leadership of renowned strategic research expert Professor Li Zhiqi, VIICN is dedicated to providing policy recommendations for China’s development and serving as an innovative platform for international exchange. The think tank has established strategic partnerships with central government ministries, provincial and municipal authorities, people’s organizations, and distinguished public and academic institutions worldwide. A number of prominent politicians, strategists, scientists, entrepreneurs, and social activists have joined the board. Under the board, several divisions have been established, including the Beijing Zhenghe Private Economic Development Research Center, the Secretariat, the Research Department, and various specialized committees.
